| 2 pound(s) uncooked pork tenderloin |
| 2 Tbsp minced garlic |
| 3 Tbsp canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce |
| 1 small uncooked onion(s), chopped |
| 3 cup(s) fat free chicken broth |
| 1/2 cup(s) fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Cut pork into large pieces and braise in skillet until all sides are browned.
- Put braised pork in crock pot and add chicken broth to pan and stir up browning at bottom of skillet in the broth.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, lime juice, chipotles and adobo sauce on top of pork in crock pot. pour broth over pork and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
- When done remove pork and pull with fork.
- Put pulled pork into baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 mins. then stir and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Repeat until desired crispness.
