Today for breakfast I had a Svelte Cappuccino Protein Shake and for lunch I have finally gotten back to my bento lunches.
Today carrots, hummus, crackers, string cheese, grapes, chocolate mini rice crisp and unsweetened applesauce.
I need to get back to doing my lunches bento style for work. I am much better at sticking to well balanced and point friendly lunches when I do it this way.
