For lunch today I decided to change things up a bit. I packed a turkey and reduced fat cheddar cheese wrap in a carb balance tortilla with lettuce and mustard. With that I have unsweetened applesauce, carrots and grapes. This wrap lunch is only 5 points plus. I'll have a Fiber One Brownie for afternoon snack to tide me over till dinner.
For breakfast, I again had one if my cappuccino svelte protein shakes. I love these things. I have tried the cappuccino, chocolate and vanilla flavones. There is still one flavor I haven't tried yet. Spiced chai. Looking forward to finding that one. These babies are super filling and only 5 points plus. Perfect for breakfast.
